runny noses

My chicks noses have just started running and I'm a bit worried. Can anyone give me some tips as to what to do?

make sure their bedding is clean and dry! humidity and cool tempteratures can cause their noses to run, just like people!

I change their bedding every morning/night.
being a week and a half old. I'm keeping them at 28-30 degrees.
