Runny Poo

My chickens are 24 weeks old. One of them consistently has runny poo. I'm not sure which one it is, but when I scrape the poop boards, there is always at least one pile of liquid poo. I find it in the yard, too. Most of the poo is normal looking. My chickens all seem quite healthy. Do I need to do anything about this?

You'd be surprised at how many different poops are normal.

I've read recently that since it is hot outside they are drinking a lot more water thus watery poops. It could also mean that they are not eating enough.
