Runny poop, fallen comb, weight loss

Hello, we have two Comet Reds. Both started getting black spots on their comb. I used some hen healer and cleaned the combs. One is very healthy now, but my other girl is not.

I revived them as pullets so I don’t know how old they are. My sick girl, Autumn, is very light, she has clearly lost a lot of weight. But her feathers look normal. I only know she light because I pick her up. She also is a little wobbly when she walks, like pits one wing down for a second to steady herself.
Runny bum for months. Used CORID, ACV, oregano oil. Autumn eats and drinks fine. She’s actually the bully of the two.
Any suggestions??

What are you feeding?
Crop emptying?
Is she molting?
When was her last egg?
Any bumblefoot, swelling of the feet/legs?
Lice/mites?

Have you de-wormed her?

Yes I’ll post pictures tonight. Poop has no red, just brown and watery. Layer feed. I haven’t checked crop yet. Not molting. She and her sister haven’t laid an egg since last December. No leg issues. I treat their dust bath and their pine shavings with mite powder, so I doubt it?? I purchased dewormer. As soon as it arrives I’ll treat her.

I would look her through her feathers for lice/mites. While it can help to add mite powder to dust bathing areas, an unwell bird may not dust bath. Direct treatment of mite powder is best as well as treating the coop/housing.

I got safeguard. I treated her yesterday by putting it on some food then added it to their water.
Ok I’ll apply dust powder directly though she’s always rolling in her dust bath.

Give the Safeguard as a direct dose at 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
