Somebody has runny poop. I'm not sure which one. There are nine chicks in the pen (most are five days old, two are about a week older than that) and everyone appears to be eating, drinking, and acting normally. Still on electrolyte/probiotic solution. Should I be watching them for something? We've already lost two babies this week and I'm feeling a little paranoid.

Make sure they're not too hot. If they get too hot, they'll drink excessively and that will give them runny poop. You can firm the poop up by finely grinding some regular uncooked oatmeal in the blender and giving them a bit as a treat or sprinkling it on their food.

Keep an eye on it to make sure you don't see other changes. Good luck!
