Thursday I went and got 3 Swedish flowers, 2 jubilees Orpingtons and 5 welsummers.

Well one of the welsummers is pretty small they all are about 6days old now and hes about 3/4 the size of the others. Anyway this chick looks like it is still wet on it's chest (like it never dried after being hatched) but it's hard and dry. I did however start all my chicks (even my year olds to prevent) on corid powder 20% 1tsp a gallon, and I feed non medicated feed anyhow but he had them on medicated for 4days.
The chick moves a decent amount but does seem to be laying down an awful lot compared to others it just seems sickly, now I have been using a suringe to give it water just incase it isn't doing it itself. Ima try some yogurt in the morning just incase it isn't eating enough aswell.

Any other things I can do to hopefully save this little welsummer? This is my first time raising chicks.

Just simply wash the hatching liquid off the chick with a rag. Unless she is limping, has diarrhea, or has any actual symptoms of anything, I'd say she's fine. Click this link: https://www.southernstates.com/articles/treating-common-chick-diseases.aspx Smart idea to give her water. If you don't have a heat lamp on , start using it. Don't have the food, water, and heat too far apart, it may make her tired walking from one to the other. Try feeling her legs and joints to see if they are broken. If so go to: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/659231/how-to-treat-a-broken-leg or http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-treat-a-chickens-broken-leg-or-wing.html. Also check her for cuts, scrapes, etc.
I've done all I can to help. I am willing to answer any questions you have.
    Thanks.

Just went out to check on em she has a clear yellowish mucusy poop. Maybe from nothing but water? Though I did throw some feed in front of it and it ate it.
Also it doesn't have the greatest balance.

Curious about the yellow, mucus poop. I have a batch of chicks I received on Wednesday. I have had 2 suddenly die. One is dying right now, has the yellow, mucus poop.... Pretty sure she will not make it through the night.

I separated her/he from the others, went ahead and started everyone on corid just in case if it was coccidiosis. They all received the vaccine and are being fed non-medicated chick feed. Idk, prayers/positivity for your sick chick!

I also found one with a crusty poop shoot ad this thing at bottom protruding an yellow stuff coming out. I cleaned it with wet rag an put some antibiotic cream on it.
