Russ or Ruth?

This is Ruth/Russ. She/he is a 3 week old black copper Marana. She/he is super cool, mellow, playful. Is she or he?

I'd guess pullet.

I'd have to disagree with Wyandottes7--that comb looks somewhat large/red for a pullet of this age, and the legs are rather chick (a cockerel characteristic). Still, its a little young to tell, and I could very well be wrong.
