Russian Orloff cockerel or pullet

I have a 9 week old Russian Orloff chicken, I’m pretty sure it’s a hen but I just wanted to make sure.

It looks to me like it could be a pullet, but I am by no means an expert.

It’s 12 weeks old now and nothing has really changed, here is a picture to update
