Rusty is turning me into an overprotective mom, she seems to drool now

Rusty had a sour crop a while ago, but that cleared up. She never really went back to her old perky self, as she'd be more shy, but she's been eating and social with the other chicks. I've noticed she still has a bit of issue swallowing every once in a while. she'd shake her head when she'd swallow something, and she has a lot of saliva. I tried to see if she had anything inside her beak, she wouldn't let me, but the little I saw looked normal. Also her breath smells ok, nothing stinky or anything. She just has a lot of saliva, but still eats well. Should I worry or is my pullet a drooler?
