What can I do for it?
Greetings from Kansas and ! Pleased you joined our but sorry for your chick issue! For all matter like this I defer to the find folks in the following link - post there and they should be able to help you out - good luck to you!
Glad you could join us here! Your chick looks to have unabsorbed yolk still there. In a situation like this you should put the chick upright in a cup or something similar, with it's bottom preferably in the shell still, wrapped in a damp cloth to help keep the sac moist and leave it in the incubator with the humidity high until it's finished absorbing the yolk. With time it should finish absorbing the yolk.
Good luck with your chick

G’Day from down under teenalyon Welcome!
I hope your little one is OK.
I also hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.
If you would like to share pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out
