Saddle Alternatives

Hi! My roosters favorite hen is now a little bare on the back. I ordered some saddles for her, but they won't get here til Saturday.

Is there anything I can put on her for now until they arrive to reduce anymore injury? Like an easy DIY. Or should I try to seperate them?

9 hens, but he's really only bothering a few that let him. This one is the smaller one of the bunch.

How old, in weeks or months, are these birds?

6 are almost 1 year, that includes the rooster and the hen that needs the saddle.

4 are 2 years old.
