We have the liquid safe guard dewormer. We want to mix this in the bobwhite quails waterers
I see dosage information for chickens, peafowl and guineas. Since quail are smaller I didn't want to overdose them. How many cc's or ml's per gallon should I use? Also should you do it for 1 or 3 days?

I am not familiar with liquid safeguard, however if you have the paste, you can mix 1/2 ounce safeguard into 1/2 cup of water added to about 7 pounds of feed to make a wet mash. Feed it for only one day. It might help to take away their feed early the night before so they are good and hungry in the morning.

1OZ OF 10% SAFEGUARD ADDED TO 1 CUP OF WATER. MIX THIS WITH 15 LBS OF FEED TO CREATE A WET MASH. OFFER THIS AS THE SOLE FOOD SOURCE FOR 24 HRS

HELPS IF THEY'RE HUNGRY, MAY WANNA DEPRIVE THEM OF FEED FOR 8 HRS OR SO THEN CHUCK THE ABOVE WET MASH IN FRONT OF THEM (WATCH YOUR FINGERS...
