Im thinking 2 male & 3 female?
Its generally pretty safe to assume that any birds with black in their feathers will be cockerels. Favorelles can be sexed relatively early. Roosters and hens that are wheaten display different plummage. The males get those black patches and black on their breasts. The females are a more demure brown without the black. However, some hatchery pullets do tend to show some black ticking. Yours are displaying quite a bit of dark color, which makes me think they're boys. Better pictures of each individual bird would help. In your second picture, the bird on the left with the red comb is definitely a cockerel.
A picture of each individual showing any potential comb, chest, shoulder color along with leg feather color would help.
When birds are all clumped together, it's always harder to sex them accurately. I believe I'm seeing at least a couple males in the mix but individual shots would help.
3 were like this lighter brown one. Tye other 2 dark with very pink crests.
Sorry was on phone when i first posted driving home.
