Same breed with different combs?

I have 2 solid white chicks that I was assuming we're the same breed, I got them as 2-3 day old chicks, they have looked the same and have grown at the same pace, but one has a rose comb and the other is developing a single comb (they are about 5 was old now). Could they still be the same breed or are they different? We got them from Murray McMurray

The bottom one you listed,is a Easter egger (EE)

Any clue on this one? She started out gray as a chick and has developed all white feathers, has a single comb, and has gray/olive legs. I'm wondering if she is just a mutt
