sanitizing after a chicken death

title says it all... I'm wondering what measures you have to take after a chicken dies, especially when you don't know why, to be sure that the other birds don't get ill. thanks

There is a product called oxine that is an anti-viral anti-bacterial for cleaning coops etc. I used oxine on the coop and the pet carrier after I lost a bird to Mareks. No subsequent birds died. FirstStateVetSupply.com is one of the places that you can get oxine.
