i subscribe to kraft food and family magazine that has recipes in it and it is free!!! (you can get these online too)

this is a recipe from the latest issue, i love it! yummy!!

Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

1 pkg. 6 oz stove stop stuffing mix for chicken
1 can apple pie filling
6 boneless pork loin chops

Heat oven to 375. Prepare stuffin as directed on pkg.

Spread pie filling onto bottom of 9x13 baking dish sprayed with pam, top with pork chops and then spoon stuffing on top of chops.

cover with foil.

bake 30 min. uncover and bake 10 more min. or until chops are cooked through (160 F)

* i am thinking of trying this with chicken breast too.

your welcome. it was so delicious and so yummy, i think chicken would be good in place of pork chops, what do you think?

i know chicken would be healthier than pork chops, buying pork chops is not something i do often. but i love this recipe, so chicken is worth a try.

I would think that chicken breasts would be good also. Pork is good for you as long as it's white meat. That's always what I've heard.
