I have a one year old rooster who has really scaly feet. Is this normal?

Glad you joined. Chickens always have scales on their feet, but I would probably need a picture to see if it was abnormal.

X2 on @Chickenloving chickens naturally have scales on their feet. A picture would better help us figure out if your rooster is normal.
