I walked out in my coop this morning, and noticed that my Barred Rock’s feet looked a little odd. After some google searches, I’m thinking it’s scaly leg mites. Thoughts? Also, if it is mites, how would I best treat this? I suppose a bath and Vaseline maybe. I would prefer not to use Ivomec or gasoline unless I absolutely have to.

That's what it looks like to me. Don't use gasoline. I've soaked them in warm water with epsom salt and GENTLY scrubbed with an old toothbrush. After drying, I coated them with some sulphur stuff I bought on Amazon. I also think bag balm or probably even vaseline is also fine. Here is a thread with probably 1,000 different ideas! I'd stay away from gasoline/kerosene and DE, which will accomplish nothing.
