Scaly leg mites?

Hi, can anyone tell me if my chicken is starting to get scaly leg mites or of her feet are healthy and just dirty based on the picture attached? She is a Rhode Island white bird and completely healthy otherwise. No other members of the flock show any sort of scaly more symptoms. Thank you!

It's good you're on top of this issue, but it doesn't appear she has leg mites.

To put your mind at ease, though, it won't hurt to give her a warm soak in Epsom salt and then inspect for any signs of scales lifting up. If you think you see scales are starting to pull away from their flush position, coat the legs and feet with a heavy non-toxic oil such as castor oil or Vaseline.
