Scary! Yet another reason to raise and eat your own

How many times have I read that companies are allowed X amount of "stuff" in their product.... That's sick thinking about what exactly that "stuff" is. Spiders, employee fingernails, I don't want to think about it.

When you eat home grown or wild animals then you don't have to worry about that at all.....I haven't bought meat from a grocery store in about 7 yrs. and that was after doing commercial meat research -

I wonder odd things that a day in the diet of a free ranging chicken might include?

I wouldn't look too close.

Spiders and fingernails would be tame.

Just a thought.

Scary, maybe....but everyone knows that Breathing is Hazardous to Your Health.

I am going to continue to eat my meat, 85% or more is Wild Game, the majority of the rest I grow now.

That is EXACTLY what I was thinking. I read that article in yesterdays editorials. I have already thrown away the bags of crumbles I am currently using, but I am going to re-read the ingrediants. So hard to understand what all those dang ingrediants are, but I know what to look for now.
