scissor beak silkie adult rooster

When he was hatched his beak was only a little crooked. As time has gone on, it seems to be getting worse.
He is still eating fine and drinking from what I can tell.
I've read trimming his beak might help him.
I know he can't breed so I have separated him from my other silkies. Should I cull him or can I fix his beak, can he continue to eat...
