The new sebright mansion!
Looks like he's proud!
The main body was a toy box!
Neat job! From pics I can see no ventilation. You will need it or birds will become sick. It will be too hot in there too during day and even some summer nights. I am in E Tenn and I would add a 24" tall roll of 2x4 welded galvanized wire to bottom of whole enclosure. Coons will tear chicken wire apart and coyotes will too. Coons sometimes hunt in pairs and love narrow runs that they can each pick a side and take turns stampeding chooks from one side to the other. Man I met had that happen in daytime and he lost 3 before he could run them off. They tore their heads off.
How do you get inside to clean up?
looks comfy and cozy .
but I wonder the same where is clean up door.
Looks very nice.
Here's a pic of the front where the door is. Also, the top is a "lid" that can be raised or lowered according to their ventilation needs. The wheels are not on it yet, but hopefully they'll be put on in the next few days so we can start wheeling it around the yard.
yes this would be my handy work. I am proud of it
