Self raising chicks

I am planning to raise 10 barnevelder chicks by hand, does anyone have tips?

Well Idk, about other nations, but in India, all we gotta do to make big and bad roosters and hens , is to keep them in the brooder till around a month if the chicks mature at 3 months and 2 months if the chick matures at 6 month , hope that helps.
