Do I need a permit to sell egg's local?Like 5 dozen a day or so.
I could not find a answer in the search.
    Thank's for any help.

  2. If you are selling it on your own property, no I believe. If you sell some at like a flea market you might. Check you state laws though to be sure.

Each state has different laws. If you can't find your states laws, google your state and "department of agriculture" someone there will be able to help [IMG]

  5. Your local extension office might be able to help, too...I guess thats part of the state ag dept...just that it will be a local phone call. They are really helpful folks.
