Serama rooster with injured leg

Hello, my Serama rooster has either broken or dislocated his left leg. I have been reading the Vit B complex will help in his recovery. Can I go to Sprouts and just get B complex for humans ? if not any suggestions on what and where to purchase a B complex for him.
