I broke down and I am getting some serama eggs. Ok the incubator is getting ready any helpful hints on incubating these eggs? I will be very happy if I can even get 3 to grow and hatch:)

Serama actually do better with a lower humidity than other chicken eggs. 40-50% works better for them up until day 18, then increase to 60%.

im so frustrated with serama eggs right now, at this point i do not think ill set anymore ever in my bator. i will wait till i have a broody to set them under before i get more. Even then i think i will be going on road trips to pick them up vs having them shipped.

keep everything as steady as possible during the incubation and stay on top of them during the actual hatch. you may have to assist them if they are unable to zip the eggs open.
i just had a really good serama hatch - ended up with 17 babies and all of them are doing very well so far!

    good luck.
