I just set my eggs today, in a Chicktec incubator. I've used the incubator once before, had it at 101F, as per the owners instructions (borrowing one til I get one later in the year). Got 7 out of 16 eggs hatching which I thought was fine as all eggs been through the post and better hatch rate than with broodies before.

But just had message from the person who sold me the eggs, he says he's worried as they should be at 97.5. Now I'm worried, I'm inclined to keep going at 101, it's worked before andas per the instructions. But still a bit worried, what do other people think. I'd contacted him to check about the humidity, didn't expect the temperature to be an issue!
