I know I am beating a dead horse here, but I'm a newbie! I'm ready to do the deed (and by that I mean dust my boy) when I get off work today, he has mites. I bought Seven-5 dust (5% carbaryl) to dust him. There seems to be some controversy about whether to use this or pyrethrin? Any reccomendations or experiences? Also, can anyone share some good techniques? [IMG] Any help will be GREATLY appreciated! [IMG] Thanks!

Ok... Mods- you can delete this! I went ahead and exchanged the Sevin for Pyrethrin Poultry Dust... just to be safe. I put it in an old knee-high and went for it! I may have went a bit overboard and now I am a wee bit concerned, as my roo immediatly began preening as soon as I set him down. I hope he didn't eat too much of it! I just want to thank everyone for their patients with my "overly-concerned mom" posts! Thanks all! [IMG]
