sex 3 month old ameraucana

Hi everyone - just trying to figure out if we have a roo. Our wellsummer definitely is one, but this ameraucana is getting a pretty big comb. He/She doesn't flap their wings or posture at all, and isn't crowing at 3 months old, whereas our wellsummer began crowing at about 6 weeks. The comb has 3 little ridges pointing back towards the top of the head, which is kind of hard to see in this photo. Thanks for the help
