Sex and breed of this chicken

I am guessing this is a Cuckoo Maran, but I don't know if this is a cockerel or pullet.
I thought it was a Plymouth Rock but the color and pattern is wrong. Also has white gray legs.

CM but not necessarily roo, depends on age I think.

Hmm. Larger than the others but otherwise looks like a pullet. Have to see.
