Sex and breed?

Farmer told me this was a Blue Giant but it looks more black to me? Also, can anyone confirm it's a pullet?

It's a blue, just a very dark blue.

Looks like a pullet, but how old just to be sure?

I can't remember exactly but I think he said 6 weeks. And that was two weeks ago so now 8?
