Sex and Breed?

All are about 4 months old.

Pretty sure this one is a rooster, but hasn’t crowed. Not sure what breed. Any thoughts?

Even less sure about this one. Any help would be appreciated on sex and breed.
 
All roosters unfortunately. Just going by the redness of combs and wattles alone. Females wouldn't wouldn't that red and big unless they were laying/close to laying around 20+ weeks old. But I also circled some pointed hackle/saddle feathers that hens wouldn't have.😊

I would say last one is pullet an others are roos but im not sure

That’s what I was afraid of, but I’ve never had a rooster, so I wasn’t sure. Thank you. Any idea on breed of the red one?
 
All three are cockerels. Where did you get them? Considering the amount of feathering on the first cockerel, I'd say he's mixed.
A mix is definitely a possibility. We hatched them from eggs from someone locally. She told us the possibilities, but I don’t remember all the breeds.
