Sex at 4 weeks?

Hey all
My two Columbian Rocks are almost 4 weeks old. One of them has perfectly white wings with long tail feathers, and the other has white wings with brown patches and slightly shorter tail feathers. Their combs are about the same size and colour. Is this just individual or male/female variation?
