I am wanting to get some sex link pullets. Does a certain one lay more eggs better than the other such as like a red lays better than a black? Which eats more feed? Any input would be appreciated!

I think all of the sex-links are bred to be really good layers for the first couple of years. But I am not an expert on the breeds. Lately I have been reading about how sex link hens are more at risk to develop health problems after 2 or 3 years like ovarian cancer and internal laying so that may be something that you want to research if you hope to keep your chickens for a while.
