if the roo has to have golden and the hen has to have the sliver then if you breed a golden windote to a sliver windote would this work. And also would this work with the sebright ?

In a way - yes.

When crossing a golden laced to a silver laced, it all depends on which parent is which.

If you cross a Golden Laced rooster with a Silver Laced hen, then all of the resulting hens will be Golden Laced, and the roosters will be an off-color or mix of gold and silver.

With a Silver rooster over a Golden hen, then it's vice versa with the hens being silver laced and the roosters still being a mix of the two colors.
