I've got these chicks here I'm wondering if someone can help me sex. I've been reading about it and cross referencing methods, just looking for a second opinion. They are a bantam mix of sorts. The first pic is the mothers. The rest is the six chicks

Sorry @FluffyPuff but I not very good at sexing silkies :-(. But @kaelen37 if you get individual pictures of the chicks it would make it easier to sex. But I think they are all cockerels except for one.

The first and last silkies look like they might be girls, blackie looks like he's got streamers coming off his head a bit and that suggests boy.the other two look like their head poofs are rounder.

You have at least 4 or 5 cockerels. Any chick with a bright red comb before 10 weeks old is male, regardless of breed.

that's what I think too. However blackie has not started crowing which makes me think it's a girl.

Silkies can be slow to crow, at least so I have heard.
