Pattern isn't very male, but comb is.

The comb is so tiny and not very red, but I could change my mind if it is under 14 weeks.

Face is young looking enough that it shouldn't have a comb like that.
Feathers are deep in colour.
It's a cockerel.

I have an EE cockerel like that, & he took along while to get in his rooster plumage.
