Sex of my white finch?

Can anyone tell me if this is a male or female?

Well... if I were guessing, I would say this is a female zebra finch. Hard to say because the bird is not carrying a lot of color where you would expect it to if it were male, and of course I can't see the other side. But from what I can see here, that would be my best guess.

id imagine its a female as well does it sing or only make the beep noise ?
