I'm not sure, they sure are gorgeous! Hopefully, someone will come along with an answer.

I think they look like pullets too, but I’m no expert!
I’ve got a polish frizzle that’s only 4.5weeks yet, but trying to decide on gender.

It looks like polish cockerels get wattles by 11-12 weeks old... and the fact yours don’t seem to have much sign of them points to pullets to me!
