Sexing 3 month olds

I keep second guessing myself so I turn to y’all for help!
We have a dark Brahma, lavender Orpington, olive egger, blue laced red Wyandotte, silver laced Cochin and a blue jersey giant.

IMO, they are all pullets except for the Dark Brahma (first photo).
