You should be able to start sexing them at 3 months old. I can usually start sexing my poults by the time they are one month old but that is because I am around them daily and have multiple poults to see the differences. It is not something that can be done from photos but is a combination of behavior and physical appearance.
Young turkeys are poults, not chicks.
