How do I sex two week old chicks

At this point you really don't...it's a wait and see. You can look for things like posturing, larger comb and that sort of thing but it's still a guess. You can also try posting pictures here when they are around 6-8 weeks old and there are people here that are pretty good at telling.

I agree that it's too early to tell at 2 weeks unless you have sex linked chicks which can be identified soon after hatch.
