Sexing Cuckoo Marans Chicks

I have some day old Cuckoo Marans chicks and I had read somewhere that you could sex them by the spots on their heads.

I have some with big white spots on their heads, and some with very tiny or almost no white spots on their heads. Does anyone know which is the boy and which is the girl?
