Sexing French Maran chicks, advice please

Thanks, cracked the egg and sure enough, no yolk.

We bought these two marans from a famer on March 22nd. They should be almost 5 weeks old from what the farmer told us. We also got 4 EE's from him (that he advertised as Ameraucanas- but now I know better

)
They weren't sexed but he seemed pretty sure they were all pullets. I'm starting to doubt both marans are girls...
Any thoughts?!
Chick number 1- this one seems a little aggressive and has grown really quickly.
