Sexing Method for chicks?

I need to know an accurate method for sexing chicks way before they turn into roosters so I can give them away early on.

It depends upon the breed. Some chickens have different coloured hens and roosters. Most don't.
Vent sexing is probably the only way to be accurate in those who do not have different colour feathers. There are many articles on this. If you keep bantams, I would not try personally for fear of damaging the chicks.
Otherwise it is wit for comb, wattle and feather development,
