    Sorry but I don't know much about butchering chickens, I have never done it before and don't want to.

    I'm not getting your pics for some reason, but if it's a rooster and you want to butcher him, check out the meat bird section. They have tons of threads and links to videos, etc to walk you through it. And yes, roosters can be butchered. They won't be as breasty as a store bought chicken, but the flavor is great.
