Hey all! So I ordered a straight run of five Silver Phoenix standard chickens; I knew right away I had one roo, but I’m beginning to think one other might also be a roo… I’m really hoping not. I already have two roos (one was a “pullet” lol) and I have enough hens to keep three happy, but for sure can’t have four roos. What do you think? The one on the ground is the maybe roo, and the one on the roof is the for sure roo. The maybe roo just randomly started having that striking black and white plumage and isn’t as muted as the other silver hens. However, the comb and wattle are pale and smaller, like the other hens. Any help is appreciated!

Black breast silver head is a male, Salomon breast silver head is a female. I see two female and a male.

The two all black are not silver Phoenix.

Silver Phoenix male at 1 month old.
