Sexing silkie/cochin chicks- pictures!

I just bought some chicks from a very well known breeder and unfortunately he sells straight runs only, with no money back offers. Anyways, I was seeing if it's too early to try and find out what my two silkies are. The black one isn't too friendly, doesn't like being held (tries to fly away all the time) and is way bigger then all my other chicks. The partridge silkie is sweet and docile. I believe they are all around 1 week old.







And here's my sweet cochin (the yellow..will be Calico)...




Thanks for any help! If it's too early to sex them I'll just have to wait!
