Sexing Silkies, 3 month old any guesses?

Anyone like to guess on Chip my Silkie? cockerel or pullet? Nearly 3 months old. Do I need to wait another month or so for more signs? And take more pics?
I have 2 x 8 week old dark grey colour silkies and it's so hard to tell but I think because one is smaller that means the other bigger one is a cockerel? ...They are so fluffy and dark colour it's hard to take a good photo. I will have to wait a bit longer to guess on these ones and come back with more pics.

The brown one is a cockerel. No way a pullet would have that comb and wattles at 8 weeks or 3 months (not sure which was which age). The black is shaped like a pullet but can you get a pic of its comb?

Edited: I now understand the dark ones are pics of 2 silkies that are 8 weeks old. Still, comb pics would help.

It's early on the black ones, but my first guess is pullet. Chip has awfully big comb and wattles. I'm saying cockerel even without seeing any streamers yet.

The buff is a cockerel. The black is too early yet but looking like a pullet based on the pics. Need a close up of the comb to know for sure.

Buff is a cockeral.

The blacks both look like pullets to me....but time will tell.

A few more pics....These are my 2 x 8week olds.. I'm guessing Lucky is a pullet since she is smaller then Fuzz? (1st 2 pics Lucky, then next 4 pics are Fuzz.. probably too early to tell I guess?... It's hard to get good pics with all the fluffiness around their cute little faces! ...Fuzz seems more dominant but maybe because he hatched first and 2 days later Lucky hatched (Lucky because mumma left the egg pipping outside of her nest and I put it back under her and it hatched!) She left both eggs outside the nest before too and they went cold but I slipped them back under her and they both ended up hatching.

The comb pics are pretty blurry but I’m still going to guess the black is a pullet.

Any ideas if Fuzz is a boy or girl now that he/she is a bit older? ..if silkie chicks have a few thicker feathers on top of their heads does that mean they are boys?- I mean the stem part the feathers look thicker if that makes sense?
