sexing SLW roo's x Partridge Cochins offspring

hi,
I have 2 4 month old chicks from a silver laced wyandott roo and a partridge cochin. both look mostly like SLW chicks. I tried using the simple chicken colour calculator and it give me a sex linked colour split, problem is the calculator is too generic on the colours. I used the silver laced blacktail colour for my roo (but it look nothing like him) and the partridge is a light-no dark option...would I still have the same results-a sex linked colour offspring?

The roo should be red or gold/buff for sex link a silver/white roo wont have the same results.


Both Red and Black Sex-Links use a red male for the father. Either a Rhode Island Red or a New Hampshire may be used.

so are these both pullets like the calculator projects? it wasn't intentional breeding, but we finally decided to let one broody be the mother she had always wanted to be. the odd thing is each has a different comb, one has a rose and one has a single.
