Thank youIt won't take long, a couple weeks at most. He'll be ok. My chickens pile up together on the floor in the winter, to share body heat.
I was just worried for him. He’s kinda an out cast....sticks to himself. But I’ve noticed in the mornings he huddles on the floor in the straw we have down. That’s what started me to wonder about his fuzzy selfThank youHe’s adorable
he’s quite the character he belongs to my son. This was him at 2.5 mo the day we got him. My son was super excited...he really was but he hates pictures lolI think she looks like a he...uh oh not 100% sometimes it’s hard to tell I’m having trouble sexing my 7week olds. But he/she is adorable! The feathers r just that....feathered feet hahaha those feathered feet are just adorable aren’t they?!?! These 2 didn’t make it through a predator attack however at 4 weeks they were definate boys...notice the 3 rows of bumps on the combs? Edited to add someone posted a pic of a cockerel and a pullet side by side and the difference is a definate tell!It is my first own chick and it is Brahma and I so much like her legs! Don't know how you call the wings on her legs.. well, I call them 'wings on the legs'. She is 1 month now.
